Rehabilitation of Volla secondary school, includes the construction of a new wing towards the northwest, with the same building volume, design, and material execution as the existing wing that will be demolished. Additionally, a new entrance area will be built. The entire building will undergo a complete renovation. Existing windows will be replaced, and existing sheds will be replaced with smaller canopies. The project also involves a change in the use of the attic floor and the establishment of 18 parking spaces on the property, including 2 disabled parking spaces and 4 spaces for electric vehicles (with charging), as well as 230 bicycle parking spaces. There is a strong emphasis on environmental requirements, with a focus on reuse, reducing CO2 emissions, and using environmentally friendly materials.
