The client wanted the house as close as possible to the street to give as much space towards the sea and garden on the other side. A main open staircase links all the floors together and one can enjoy the views of the sea from all levels. Living rooms where placed on different levels and when moving up and down the stairs one can have visual contact with all these rooms. A svimming pool was put into the sloping ground with large panoramic windows towards the sea.
