Rehabilitation of a listed school from 1966. The existing brick facades will be preserved, and where necessary to replace, similar bricks will be used. As far as allowed by building regulations and other requirements (TEK), existing doors, materials, etc. will either be retained or replaced with similar ones. There is a strong emphasis on environmental requirements, with a focus on reuse, reducing CO2 emissions, and using environmentally friendly materials.Great attention has been given to the preservation of heritage values and how they are integrated with modern functional solutions.
