The building is situated along Sannergata and emphasizes the direction of the street towards the Akerselva. Communal rooms like the restaurant, auditorium and meeting rooms are placed in a separate smaller block and in between this area and the large office block one finds the entrance area with its tall glazed atrium hall. From here one can see the Akerselva as one arrives through the entrance lobby.
