The project consists of three older buildings where the intention was to interlock them together on ground floor with communal rooms and functions like restaurant, meeting rooms, coffee bars, rest areas etc. Parts of the buildings are listed, grade 1 and others partly listed. A new glass pavilion will act as a foyer for employees and visitors. Different levels will enhance and make the tour on ground floor an exiting journey and inspire the employees to interact and meet during a busy office day at work.
