The master plan will allow for 73 flats for elderly. The old house by the main road will be converted into a communal area for social gatherings for the residents. The buildings are placed around small courtyards. Each courtyard will have a theme and small footpaths will go through the whole site and with different activities and levels become an exiting trip to walk. The project is faced west and due to the sloping landscape we have emphasized on giving all the flats a view of the lake Mjøsa. By the lake the project has their own little pavilion and quay for summer gatherings.
