The projects included both refurbishment and new build. The new center building acts as a mediator between two existing buildings where all the communal facilities are placed for better contact between the 400 employees; conference hall, restaurant, meeting rooms and social hubs are all closely connected. The piazza in front of the building is closely linked to the inside where stairs and ramps follow the sloping terrain.
