Three floors with 48 nursing home rooms divided into two long-term dementia units, two long-term geriatric units, and two short-term units. All units have access to sensory gardens on the roof and ground level. Additionally, there are 12 assisted living apartments located on the third floor. Common facilities are situated on the first floor, including a daycare center, large kitchen, cafeteria, administration area, physiotherapy room, and chapel. The project emphasizes environmentally friendly solutions, such as solid wood construction, green roof surfaces, and solar panels on the roof.
