The project aims to be a mediator between the larger buildings in Ski Næringspark and the small scale housing West of the site. Six block of flats are arranged along the East boundary and varies in scale and height. We have arranged for a small internal road for bicycles through the site. In this way the new project becomes an integrated part of the existing neighborhood. Small communal spaces are arranged along the route. The rows of houses toward the West boundary are arranged around small common gardens as well as each house having their own little garden. The concept being that all the inhabitants shall feel a sense of place and having common grounds.
