The new nursinghome includes a day center and lies in connection to the existing care home. It is places atop a hill with views toward Nidelven. There are 64 rooms divided into departments of 8 surrounding a central courtyard. Functions of logistics are placed in the lower level. The existing hill is maintained through careful terrain interventions as a part of the characteristic courtyard.
