A large rectangular building was places as far as possible towards a slope as to maximize the area in front of the building for circulation of trucks and parking. The length of the building made us break it up by putting a glazed entrance area protruding out from the main volume. The flexible floor plan allows the building to be divided into several units for different tenants.
