The project is a 4.000 m2 care home divided into a 2.100 m2 extension and a 1.900 m2 rehabilitation of the existing facility. Two pairs of existing rooms are combined into a large space in line with the requirements of Husbanken, with new common kitchens and living rooms. A new atrium garden is provided with facilities for physiotherapy support and a mini-golf court.
